Mr. Bramhall is a member of the Corporate Department at Dornbush Schaeffer Strongin & Venaglia, LLP.

Mr. Bramhall brings experience in the area of corporate and securities law. He has advised numerous public and private entities on a variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, securities offerings, PIPE transactions and general corporate matters including SEC reporting and compliance.

Before joining Dornbush Schaeffer Strongin & Venaglia, LLP, Mr. Bramhall was an associate at Willkle Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

Mr. Bramhall received his J.D. from New York University in 2005 where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Bramhall graduated, summa cum laude, from Macalester College in 1992 and received his MPA from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs in 1999.

Mr. Bramhall is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
