Ms. Cooper specializes in corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, general corporate representation, SEC compliance and public company disclosure obligations. Ms. Cooper also represents public and private companies in a wide rage of business transactions, and has particular expertise in partnering and technology transactions, including complex licenses, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, research and development agreements, and manufacturing and distribution agreements.
Ms. Cooper is admitted to practice in New York and California.
Ms. Cooper holds a B.A., with honors, from Douglass College, Rutgers University, where she was a Douglass Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She was awarded a J.D., cum laude, from Cornell University in 1998, where she was a Managing Editor on the Cornell International Law Journal. She is an active member of New York Cares, a volunteer organization in New York City.
