Mr. Bronfman practices in the area of corporate and securities law. He has advised numerous public and private entities on a variety of acquisition transactions, securities offerings, loan facilities, corporate governance issues and compliance matters.

Mr. Bronfman graduated, magna cum laude, from Hunter College, CUNY in 2000. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Fordham University School of Law in 2004, where he was a member of the International Law Journal. Mr. Bronfman is admitted to the bar of New York.

Before joining Dornbush Schaeffer Strongin & Venaglia, LLP, Mr. Bronfman was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.
