Mr. Dornbush has more than 25 years of experience representing restaurant operators in leasing and sale/acquisition transactions. His notable work has included the acquisition by Benihana of the Haru and RA Sushi restaurant concepts and the expansion of the Charlie Brown's Steakhouse chain. Mr. Dornbush also provides counsel to food service clients in the areas of franchising and alcoholic beverage licensing. In addition, he represents sellers and purchasers in residential real estate transactions.

Mr. Dornbush is a member of the New York State Bar, the Florida Bar and the New York State Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in both states, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.

He received his J.D. from the University of Miami in 1984 and his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1981. Mr. Dornbush is married with children, living in Roslyn, New York.
