Mr. Dornbush has 50 years of legal experience, specializing in corporate and commercial real estate law.

Mr. Dornbush was admitted to the New York Bar in 1954. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations (member of the section on real property law).

Mr. Dornbush received his bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in 1951, graduating magna cum laude. He was Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Gamma Mu at Syracuse University. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1954.
